Payment
Payment of an order is considered acceptance of our policies. Please read FAQ's or contact us with any questions. Payment is due at time of order. We use Paypal Express Checkout. Kentucky residents will be charged 6% sales tax. Customer who delivers cleared payment first is considered the buyer. After 5 days, unpaid orders will be cancelled. An e-check is not a cleared payment until it is deposited by Paypal. Usually 3-5 business days. Your order will not ship until it clears. For faster service, we suggest a credit card with Paypal Express if possible. We do not take personal checks. Orders using e-checks are considered unpaid & therefore the item(s) are still for sale until the check clears. Widget could be sold to another customer during this time. If this occurs-unpaid order will be cancelled or refunded if payment came through after other sale.

Shipping & Handling Charges Shipping time
We ship everything through the U.S. Post office. We encourage combined shipments. USPS delivery times are estimates only. We will combine any of your orders possible, if it will not compromise the products (no rolled posters shipped with flat posters, etc). Please contact us for a combined invoice for best pricing. We will weigh your items together to get the best rates. Ecrater's combined order s&h will be higher than ours, please let us do the combining for you. We will use USPS flat rate boxes if they fit & will lower your shipping costs. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation and an invoice. We ship- usually next business day after cleared payment. Now shipping Mon-Fri. Please allow extra time for increased mail dates, holidays or possible weather delays. We ship from here fast, but we cannot control time, distance, weather or the U.S. post office. Stripe charge customers, you will receive an email notice from us with delivery confirmation when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you have not gotten this after 2 business days.

Who are we?
We are online sellers of new, vintage & collectible merchandise. We have been selling retail & wholesale for over 30 years, the last 15 years online. Many of our items especially comics may have been purchased new solely for resale-thus we list comics as far back as the 1970's that are unread copies. Each book listing will state unread if it applies. We are always adding to our product line, so please check back with us. All Photos & Ad text are property of Endless Treasure Closet and may not be reproduced without permission.

Hours of operation
If your order is complete in time we will ship. All orders will ship same/next business day. We are located in the Eastern time zone, in Lexington, Ky. We are open M-F, approx 8-5, except holidays. We ship M-F.

Packing & Shipping
We ship everything U.S.P.S., we combine orders to save you shipping charges. All orders must have a complete address: Name, address with any apt or unit #'s, business addresses must also have name of person item is being shipped to. We have the right to refuse any order without a complete info. Unclaimed or refused orders returned to us in same condition will be refunded only for cost of item minus 15% restocking fee. No shipping costs will be refunded . Everything is shipped with delivery confirmation. Flat items, such as patches, will have a piece of styrofoam or other lightweight material in them to conform to USPS shipping regulations. All books are shipped in plastic with heavier cardboard for protection. Most of our items ship 1st class parcel. This means 1st class mail that is a package-not a letter. This is not the same as parcel post. We will use flat rate priority mail boxes if your item(s) fit & it is a cheaper method of shipping for you. We do recycle bubble wrap/packing peanuts/cardboard/boxes/etc. We only use clean materials. We will upgrade any shipment upon request. Buyer will be quoted shipping price. Price will be based upon shipping method requested, total weight of item(s) and zip code. Shipping prices have nothing to do with selling price, but are always based on prices from USPS. This is from shipping method (media mail, 1st class, priority mail), total weight of package, zip code. We are always happy to answer questions about combined shipping rates. We just need to know what you wish to purchase & the zip code it will ship to.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally to Canada, UK, & Australia for most non-breakable items. Please contact us for shipping charges. You will be sent a separate invoice from Paypal Express. We do not charge, collect or pay any duties or taxes on your items-this is between you and your customs departments. We fill out all customs forms correctly. We will not violate U.S. law & mark orders as 'gift.' We do not ship fragile items internationally, sorry. We do reserve the right to refuse any international order not fitting with our policies.

Returns
We must be contacted within 48 hrs after delivery if there is a problem with the order. Do not return anything without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Returns and refunds are accepted for: not as described, incorrectly shipped orders, or damaged in shipping. Customer must be willing to fill out an insurance claim form if required. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable if fulfilled correctly. We refund shipping only for items as described above. Unclaimed or refused packages returned to us, if in same condition as shipping will incur a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund postage for unclaimed or refused orders. For other issues, you must contact us. Please, check your order before paying for accuracy. Check your address you have on file with Stripe or Paypal Express. This is the address we ship to. Orders re-shipped due to buyer error will be shipped upon receipt of 2nd shipping & handling payment. For priority mail items, the re-ship price could be higher if located in a different postal zone.

Things that may delay your shipment
We try to ship everything by the next business day, even so, sometimes there are delays. Here are some possible reasons: Power or site outages beyond our control. Postal holidays. Weather. Your ecrater address & payment address do not match. The US postal distribution center has closed in our town. This has resulted in longer than usual deliveries, usually only a day or 2 longer than the post office states. Our postage company advises us of more than one possible address match- a suite # or apartment # has been left off. An order is placed with only an address, or a business with no buyer name. You paid with an e-check and it has not cleared. You placed multiple orders in rapid succession & we are trying to contact you to see if this is accurate or a mistake.

We happily ship to all US Territories. Please contact us about your order & we will send you a combined invoice with shipping. 1st class shipping is the same as all US shipping prices we have listed per item & will be combined for multiple orders. Priority mail is based on your shipping zone. We will ship your order the next day after payment, but we cannot estimate your delivery time.

Our Products
We do not make, manufacture, paint, repair, or alter any product we sell. Our new patches & sci fi pins: We purchase these from one of the oldest & largest distributors in the U.S. These are the same pins & patches selling on other sites & at conventions across the U.S. Other merchandise: New products are purchase through distributors or stores. Used/vintage merchandise: we find this from many sources. We try to describe as detailed as possible. Again, we do not repair or alter any product beyond dusting, unless otherwise described. We will state age of item if we know or a general range, usually by decade if we are not sure. We have been in business for years, though now vintage, some items may have been new when we obtained them & are listed as such. We do not knowingly obtain items from smoking environments. We & our distributors are smoke free. Vintage items, we will state how long it has been smoke free if we know. We do try our best to describe our products as clearly as possible. We are human & may miss a detail you are looking for. We will be happy to answer your questions about any of our products.
