Payment is due at time of order. Please let us know if you are sending a U.S. Postal money order, so we will know to expect payment. We use Google Checkout, Paypal or U.S. Postal money orders. Unpaid Paypal orders are not held and are subject to purchase by other customers. Customer who delivers payment first is considered the buyer. We do accept Paypal e-checks, but they will have to clear through Paypal before we ship, usually 3-5 business days, the funds are not in our account until Paypal clears them. We do not take personal checks. We do not accept credit cards outside of Paypal or Google checkouts. Google checkout orders are not charged until the order is confirmed in stock. Your order may be charged the day before shipment for invoicing & packing for next morning shipping. Combined Google checkout orders may have lower shipping & handling charges than shown by ecrater. (i.e. 2 patches $2.10 each are not $4.20, but combined s&h of $2.35), you will only be charged for the combined s&h rate.) International orders are accepted on a by case basis. Please contact us about purchase & we can let you know shipping charges. We will send you an invoice from either Google or Paypal-your choice. We do not mark packages 'gift' & you are responsible for any duties or tax your customs department may impose upon the shipment. Insurance may be required for international orders.

We ship everything through the U.S. Post office. With the new increases, we have seen our package rates increase from 2x to 4x the old rates. We encourage combined shipments. We will combine any of your orders possible, if it will not compromise the products (no rolled posters shipped with flat posters, etc). Please contact us for a combined invoice for best pricing. We will weigh your items together to get the best rates. Ecraters combined order s&h will be higher than ours, please let us do the combining for you. We will use USPS flat rate boxes if they fit & will lower your shipping costs. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation and an invoice. We ship- usually next business day after cleared payment. We ship to all U.S. addresses. Now shipping Mon-Fri. Please allow extra time for increased mail dates, holidays or possible weather delays. We ship from here fast, but we cannot control time, distance, weather or the U.S. post office.

We are online sellers of new, vintage & collectible merchandise. We have been selling retail & wholesale for over 25 years, the last 7 years online. We are located in the Eastern time zone, in Lexington, Ky. We are open M-F, except holidays. We ship M-F, and occasional Saturdays. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to priority mail or express mail, please contact us for price.

We ship everything U.S.P.S., we combine orders to save you shipping charges. Everything is shipped with delivery confirmation. Everything we ship is covered in plastic for protection. Flat items, such as patches, will have a piece of styrofoam or other lightweight material in them to conform to USPS shipping regulations. Patches are also packed in a light cardboard to prevent bending in shipment. All books are shipped in plastic with heavier cardboard for protection. Most of the shipping charges on books are due to the weight of the cardboard. Most of our items ship 1st class parcel. This means 1st class mail that is a package-not a letter. This is not the same as parcel post. We will use flat rate priority mail boxes if your item(s) fit & it is a cheaper method of shipping for you. We do recycle bubble wrap/packing peanuts/cardboard/boxes/etc. We only use clean materials. We will upgrade any shipment upon request. Buyer will be quoted shipping price. Price will be based upon shipping method requested, total weight of item(s) and zip code. Shipping prices have nothing to do with selling price, but are always based on prices from USPS. This is from shipping method (media mail, 1st class, priority mail, express mail), total weight of package, zip code. Paypal overpayment on combined order charges are refunded upon shipment. Google combined charges are never charged. We only charge combined amount to your account. We are always happy to answer questions about combined shipping rates. We just need to know what you wish to purchase & the zip code it will ship to.

We do ship internationally for most items. Please contact us for shipping charges. You will be sent a separate invoice from either Google checkout or Paypal-your choice. We do not charge, collect or pay any duties or taxes on your items-this is between you and your customs departments. All international custom forms will be filled out correctly, with items and retail prices. We do not falsify documents. We do not send 'gifts.' We do not ship fragile items internationally, sorry. We do reserve the right to refuse any international order not fitting with our policies.

We ship everyday the USPS is open. Your order will ship the next business day after payment. The closer to Christmas it gets-the longer it will take your package to arrive. The post office has told us: 1st class 5+ days; Priority 10+ days. This is from day of shipment-not order. A Saturday order will not ship until Monday. We will send you a delivery confirmation # at the email you used at checkout-Paypal or Google. If you have not received notice 3 days after payment-please check your spam box or contact us. Many of our items will sell out-we cannot guarantee restock before Christmas. As always, we suggest shopping early. Thank you for looking, hope we can help you.

We accept returns on a case by case basis only. Do not return anything without prior approval. We do not refund any shipping or handling costs associated with a return of products unless return was due to our error. Please, check your order before paying for accuracy. Check your address you have on file with Paypal or Google. This is where we ship to. Orders re-shipped due to buyer error will be shipped upon receipt of 2nd shipping & handling payment. For priority mail items, the re-ship price could be higher if located in a different postal zone.
